1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Service Nature Disclaimer

• We are not affiliated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter/X, Telegram, or any social platform.
• All services are used at your own risk.
• We do not guarantee permanence, retention, or immunity from bans.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 User Responsibility

• You are fully responsible for your account activity.
• You must keep your login details confidential.

3.2 Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

• Users are strongly recommended to enable Google Authenticator 2FA.
• Any loss caused by failure to enable 2FA is entirely the user’s responsibility.
• RukkyStore SMM is not liable for hacked or compromised accounts.

4. Deposits & Payments (VERY IMPORTANT)

4.1 No Withdrawal Policy

• ALL DEPOSITS ARE FINAL
• Once funds are deposited, withdrawal is NOT allowed under any circumstances.
• Deposited funds are for service usage only.

4.2 No Chargebacks / Payment Disputes

You agree NOT to:

• File a chargeback
• Open a payment dispute
• Reverse any transaction

If a chargeback or dispute occurs:

• Your account will be permanently suspended
• Any remaining balance will be forfeited
• Services already delivered will not be refunded

5. Third-Party & Fraudulent Payments

5.1 No Third-Party Deposits

• Deposits must be made ONLY by the account owner.
• NO third-party payments are allowed.

5.2 Name Matching Rule

• The payment name MUST match the name on the RukkyStore account.
• Payments from cards, wallets, or accounts under different names are strictly prohibited.

5.3 Stolen or Unauthorized Cards

• Using someone else’s card or payment method is strictly forbidden.
• Any suspected fraud will result in:
  
  • Immediate account termination
  • Balance forfeiture
  • Possible reporting to payment providers

6. Orders, Accuracy & Responsibility

• You are responsible for providing the correct username, link, quantity, and service.
• Accounts must be public unless the service states otherwise.
• Orders placed incorrectly are not refundable.

Once an order is submitted:

• It cannot be changed or canceled unless explicitly stated.

7. Order Completion, Partial Delivery & Drops

• Service delivery times are estimated, not guaranteed.
• Partial delivery may occur due to platform limitations.
• Drops after delivery are normal in SMM services.

RukkyStore SMM is not responsible for:

• Drops after completion
• Algorithm changes
• Platform updates
• Account restrictions

8. Refund Policy

Refunds are EXTREMELY LIMITED.

8.1 Eligible Refunds

Refunds may be considered ONLY if:

• Service did not start at all
• The service is marked as refundable
• A clear technical fault occurred on our side

8.2 Non-Refundable Cases

No refunds for:

• Completed or partially completed orders
• Drops after delivery
• Wrong link or username
• Private accounts
• Account bans or restrictions
• User policy violations

8.3 Refund Method

• Approved refunds are issued as account balance only
• No cash refunds
• No withdrawals

9. Cancellation Policy

• Orders cannot be canceled once placed
• Some services may allow cancellation before start (if stated)
• If cancellation is not supported, the order proceeds automatically

10. Account Ban & Platform Penalties

Using SMM services carries inherent risks.

If your social media account:

• Gets banned
• Gets suspended
• Gets restricted
• Loses reach or visibility

11. Disputes & Resolution (NO EXTERNAL DISPUTES)

11.1 Internal Resolution Only

ALL disputes MUST be resolved internally through:

• RukkyStore SMM support system

11.2 No External Action

You agree NOT to:

• File chargebacks
• Contact payment processors
• Take legal or third-party action without contacting us first

Violation results in account termination.

12. Abuse, Misuse & Exploitation

You must NOT:

• Abuse services
• Exploit pricing or system bugs
• Use services for illegal activities
• Resell services fraudulently
• Attempt system manipulation

Any abuse leads to:

• Immediate suspension
• Balance forfeiture
• Permanent ban

13. Resellers & Child Panels

Resellers:

• Are fully responsible for their customers
• Must handle their own disputes
• Cannot hold RukkyStore SMM liable for their business losses

Child panels operate independently, even though they are connected technically.

14. API Usage

• API access is provided “as is”
• Abuse or excessive usage may result in API revocation
• No uptime guarantee

15. Limitation of Liability

RukkyStore SMM shall NOT be liable for:

• Account bans
• Business losses
• Revenue loss
• Reputation damage
• Indirect or consequential damages

Maximum liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the affected service only.

16. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate accounts without notice
• Remove access for any violation
• Confiscate balances in fraud cases

17. Changes to Terms

• These Terms may change at any time
• Continued use means acceptance of updates

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws without regard to conflict of law principles.
